Heavens Gate

I’ve been put on to a dungeon booking company called Heavens Gate. I started the booking process and I have to say I’m not convinced it’s legitimate. The claim the process is like it is to “protect links ters from ***”.

I smell a rat and I’d like to know if anyone in here has used them and whether they are trustworthy.

If you're on FetLife too I'd try to ask around there as well.

why not book directly with the dungeon you want to use?

Heavens Gate is an unfortunate name choice. Googling them must be interesting.

Ha, here I was thinking you’d gone and secured a book deal with a publishing company.

Looking at the address in the wayback machine, it’s never been crawled. The phone number is bogus. I would say 100% fake.

Scam.

There's no such thing as a dungeon booking agency.

(side note: I am aware of attempted start ups of 'kinky b+bs' which have had everything from guys spare rooms to actual legitimate dungeons at inflated price)

You are in London, there are LOTS of legitimate dungeons - search for them direct. Some good starting points could include (deep breath.....)
Peacock Parlour, Amanita Studio, Studio Sevvven, *** Mile, Bunkhaus, Serpent Rooms (aka Submission Rooms), Centaur Studios, Inanna - phew, and that's just ones I've been to or am going to.

You could kinda add to that E1 Darkroom, Trapdoor Dungeon as a couple I've heard nothing but good things about but haven't been to yet.

Because I’d never booked one before so didn’t know any. (New to the BDSM scene) But I’ve found one now and booked direct.

It was a FET user who recommended them, so I thought it might be trustworthy.

was it a user you know?

Sorry, I'll tell you the reason I ask - firstly I've tried a couple of googles and can't find the site - which is a bit suspicious - and also....

So there used to be an old scam that happens on multiple sites.   Someone posing as a Domme or a sub will approach someone and move to discussing meeting for play relatively quickly.  Any suspicion about asking for ***, the person will be like no no, I just want to play.

BUT - what they'll then do is give you some form of website and tell you to book that and it'll be a dungeon that doesn't exist, has closed, or that they don't actually have the right to let - so you book, they go quiet, then should you turn up on the day you get an empty building, or a cul de sac, or a flat above a chip shop, or a confused dungeon owner

No. It’s a Domme I don’t know who has moved to play pretty quick. Has been quite anti-***.

My heavens gate dot (you know the rest).

yeah, it's a scam I'm afraid.  I've had a look and that site has now been suspended by the webhost.   This also means that the Domme you spoke to is unlikely to turn up at the dungeon you booked, depending on where you booked - most have good cancellation policies with notice

Yes, this one has a 7-days notice deposit return policy.

The website still looks active to me. How do you know it’s been suspended?

yeah, luckily most are good for that.  If you can I'd give more notice, it'll be easier for them to fill with someone else, but of course you may well have use for it.

update?

It was a scam 2 weeks ago and is still a scam today.

The website has been removed by the host, as it is a scam, but there will probably be something similar does the rounds again
