Wedgies were My Thing for a very long time. There are some online spaces for it. Reddit has a few subreddits which are meh. But GetDare.com has a pretty active community for it.
It's definitely not common, I've never met anyone who's into it who I didn't meet from getdare. I have had a few partners who found some fun in wedgieing me after I told them about it, though.
