I have a metal cage from House Of Denial who I'd recommend to anyone thinking about chastity - their FAQ/help pages are excellent.

Recently went just over a month (with the exception of three days where circumstances meant it had to come off) wearing it.

I’ve had mine on for couple days but have worn one for over 2 weeks I think is max; it’s a metal cage my only issue is the inevitable chafing can get ***ful once it starts it’s a 2 piece round chassis and head holder is pretty small, my wife says she thinks it’s sized to fit a micro penis but I think that’s a bit of an exaggeration.. really considering the cherry picker site custom made for cheap.
