That depends. By bondage, do you mean rope, bandage, chain…?

If rope, do you self tie? Shibari? Kinbaku?

Sadly there are too many variables to give you any good suggestions without further info.

This. There are lots of different safety issues to be considered when engaging in various types of bondage, some carry significantly higher risk than others.
