It's always easier to love something you aren't familiar with because it feels new and fresh. Loving something that's constant and familiar is harder because constancy gets stale. That's why people can't love themselves. People always feel stale and unimpressed by themselves because they see who they are all day every day. But who's to say that who you aren't new and fresh to someone else. You may think that who you are is old and stale, but someone else may think who you are is new and interesting. There's always someone out there who might think your personality is unique in it's own way. It's like going to an antique shop, it may be interesting and odd to someone but to the right ones it's worth caring for.
