What do you do to bridge the gaps between dynamics? How do you fulfil your needs when you don't have that other person?

I continued to educate myself and got more involved with the local kink community.

Specifically, I wrote a protocol manual, training doctrine, and a few contracts. It helped me maintain my mindset and focus on what I wanted.

Most often - I indulge in a few less than savoury activities/interactions 😓 sincerely so to feel I’m not losing more of myself.. my grip.. and, touching base in places like this. Holding conversation / reading on pertinent subjects / interacting even briefly and from afar aids more than I’d expect.
