What is your opinion and take on the subject of spanking ?

Like anything and everything in kink most people get to hung up on the arechtype certain aspects of play are assigned to, for instance I've talked to quite a few doms that don't give oral because they see it as a submissive action but personally my partners are always extreamly submissive when receiving oral it's like anything it comes down to the individual dynamic and withing that no one task has to be specifically dom or submissive.

A D/s relationship is personal and unique. What you do with your sub is your choice and nobody would come and say it’s wrong or against some rules! What make you happy and pleasurable between you two is the only important result!

The act of receiving a spanking may have submissiveness associated with it, but ultimately what is "dominant" or "submissive" depends on the energy of your scene and which partner is ultimately in control. A dom could, for example, spank their sub as punishment, or order the sub to spank them. In both scenarios, the dom is still in control and thus being "dominant," regardless of which partner is receiving.

Do what best fits your dynamic. Go by the archetypes, or throw tradition out the window. If you're a dom that likes getting spanked, good for you! Unless you're breaking the rules of consent, don't let anybody tell you you're doing things wrong.
