Especially for those that have mental health issues like I do, but that's where you want full communication with your Dom, Master, etc. comes in, tell them what things upset you or potentially might. Then if they do it anyway? It's deliberately to hurt you and you need to leave them.

Absolutely!!!! You hit the nail on the head right there.... Cuz there's those out there that wait till you give them a piece of vulnerability, and then the next time they're mad they use that piece of vulnerability just to cut You down.
