Hi there PPS, I'm not 100% sure what you mean when you talk about BDSM ruined orgasms? Are you talking about "edging" or "orgasm denial"? These are terms I am more familiar with and could offer a little more advice and understanding on.

Exactly. I have done this to myself. Usually while looking at porn. Yes..ruined orgasm is where your are bought to edge and let your excitement decides if  can hold or cum.
