What have you learned about your body the times that you grew up sexually?

I learned that it's much more enjoyable to be a sadist than it is to be a masochist

I learned that sexuality is a physical form of communication using pleasure to express care, and sensuality is a spiritual from of communication using intimacy to express love. The former is about giving your partner the feeling of being desired, the other is about being *** to your partner to express trust.
The best part of these two variant "languages", for lack of a better word, is that they my expressed at the same time.
