Deleted Member Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 Hi everyone I'm very new to the whole bondage thing so just have a question. My partner has asked me to whip him til he bleeds. I have a light suede flogger and and silicone riding crop. I'm not sure if these will induce that and wondered if I could get some advice on the best way to fulfil his fantasy... safely of course. I did a little google and it mentioned sticking to the buttocks and legs (away from organs). I definitely know he wants his back torn up a bit. Is there anyway to do this safely? Many thanks for reading :)
Wo**** Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 The suede flogger won't draw *** and it's unlikely the riding crop will. Whipping is my "thing" and i'd say the best whip for breaking skin is the bullwhip but even that isn't easy. Things to consider .... How much ***? Are the whips clean? (Risk of infection) How much experience do you both have? There is a lot of skill involved in whipping someone, especially to the extent you're talking about. A possibility is to maybe use something like a waternburg wheel first, they can break the skin, then whip on top of that. I have been whipped, thrashed and flogged repeatedly, hard, with a variety of whips (i tried to describe how they feel on "a good thrashing") and i do, sometimes, have welts and the odd cut but it's pretty rare for *** to get drawn. More i imagine to the implement. Not sure how easy it is to draw *** from whipping. As for where... shoulders, back, buttocks. Avoid the spine and organs. If you don't know what you're doing, start slow, really slow. This will need a lot of research and discussion between the two of you.
cautiousswitch Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 For most people the middle of the upper back can take a flogging pretty well, you just have to be sure of your aim and pay attention to what you're doing so that you don't stray too close to the neck and head. If you are very new to this then it's probably better that you work your way up to anything that will cause bleeding. Are you comfortable with making him bleed? If not and he doesn't accept that you want some time to work up to that intensity then the two of you aren't in the same place. If he's new to it then it's possible that he likes the concept of bleeding but has no experience with it. If he still wants to experience this then he should go see a professional rather than ask his inexperienced partner to do it to him.
duchesspurple Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 I agree with the above. First, BDSM is and must be fully consensual, on both parts. If you're not comfortable with doing something, or not sure that you can do it safely, then you don't. Period. I do recommend seeking assistance from a seasoned BDSM practitioner, especially someone who is talented with whips. It may require paying a professional. Seek out a local BDSM dungeon club and inquire there first.
Deleted Member Posted March 11, 2020 Author Posted March 11, 2020 (edited) I am completely comfortable with his request. Just seeking advice on the best way and more importantly....safely. Really appreciate the advice and will definitely take things slow. I might just have to do nails down the back to appease him. 😀 Edited March 11, 2020 by Deleted Member Mispelt
Deleted Member Posted March 11, 2020 Author Posted March 11, 2020 Depends how strong the man is and his body shape. As a newbie it’s wise to avoid the back at first. Unless you learn about the red zones first. Spine, end of spine, and also nerves which might cause damages to the back, arms and stomach. Maybe he should be satisfied with the buttocks for the moment until your are more skilled and comfortable. As Lazy says your toys won’t work for that. You need a cane or whips with pins sticked inside like pins board.
ey**** Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 so - when striking - learn the danger zones. Places to avoid include - the lower back (kidneys are unprotected) the spine in general - but especially at the top towards the neck, the face (obv) If you are breaking the skin then you risk infection. So, make sure you use this in a clean environment and that the implements used are also clean. And also... if you do happen to cause bleeding with a flogger (or strike skin that has bled) then the suede material is porous - the recommendation is that this can then ONLY be used on the individual who you drew *** from. Also, once skin has been broken - to make sure it is treat with disinfectant and cleaned to reduce the risk of infection.

I hadn't thought of/didn't know that... Read that and honestly went "ohhhh" Makes perfect sense but I'd have never thought of it... thank you x
ey**** Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 the way I've been taught is that if it's pourous, only on the person it was hit with things like canes are easier to disinfect - however, I was at a film day recently where a guy had lent his canes and they drew *** and so he chose to discard them. Which is fair. Though, cheap canes which start to get damaged probably shouldn't be reused.

Floggers can be harder to clean because of the multiple strands. Even if one is made from a non-porous material you've got to take a little extra time to clean it just to make sure that you've gotten it completely clean.
Deleted Member Posted March 11, 2020 Author Posted March 11, 2020 The riding crop would be fairly effective, also personally I'd stick to the buttocks and thighs.

This is really a deep and potentially dangerous subject. I *** that it may be far more than what can be safely covered here. As many have said, drawing *** can lead to infection. My best advice is to seek the services and mentoring of a professional. This is definitely something that requires hands-on training. For those who cringe at the intensity of drawing ***, you must remember that the subject has been properly "warmed-up". The endorphins are already flowing, masking the true ***. For example, think of the last time you scratched an itch until it bled. The principle is basically the same.
Deleted Member Posted March 11, 2020 Author Posted March 11, 2020 Such amazing advice from you all and very much appreciated. There are a few factors I didnt even consider like the cleanliness of flogger. Just shows how amazing forums are and how important it is to get advice before essentially diving in the deep end. Thanks again 🙂
Deleted Member Posted March 11, 2020 Author Posted March 11, 2020 Many have already covered the key points but I will say aswell it's good to wipes the area's you are going to hit (especially the buttocks) with some antibacterial wet wipes or gel beforehand. Also make sure to give it a min or two to air dry. This helps reduce the risk of infections.
Dreamaway Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 I don't think there is a "way to do this safely" without a lot of practice and experience. The skin is extremely resilient and you're talking quite severe blows or use of something edged to cause bleeding. Opening his back up is going to cause him extreme discomfort after the event, even moving will hurt; he won't want to lay on it for sure!
