Hi iv bern a member here for over a year and half. I used to hide my fibromyalgia from people i chated to due to some rather nastt things done to me by the vanila people.

But 1s i opened up about it i was supported and loved was so awesome.  Kinksters dont judge.

Sadly haveing fibromyalgia  can interfere with kink time. Iv set up kink play dates were im going to be in the sub role as im a switch and due to my fibromyalgia playing up iv had to cancle witch sucks.

Also with fibromyalgia im hypersensitive so i hurt and brues  much easyer  than people who dont have it. Does any 1 els3.

Also are there any other kinksters on here with fibromyalgia id love to chat to you. Or if you want to know what it is  pm me or chat to me here

Stay safe be well stay kinky

Charms I have fibromyalgia too. Makes it rough some days and not in a good way. Need a partner who’s sensitive to those issues and understands that there are days when you need to be more careful. Still play with kink just not hard kink.

My diagnosis is CFS/ME, and when I was under the team at Liverpool because the conditions are so similar they managed the fibro cases as well. However, in more recent years several professionals have stated that due to the overall profile of my symptoms particularly in the context of other conditions they believe it likely I was misdiagnosed and have fibromyalgia instead (which makes more sense to me). Managing your time and energy with a chronic condition can indeed suck, you'll get no argument from me.

Had a partner with this issue, it is very difficult, please take very good care <3 And yes it is something of a medical mystery still. It requires patience and care, something I feel a qualified dominant should have plenty of anyway. A rudimentary knowledge of massage and anatomy as well. In general I hope that people can learn to be more patient with people that have challenges in life (which is basically most of us lol).

I myself have muscular arthritis which I know is similar as my mother had fibromyalgia and we often recognised each others symptoms. Sadly it is true that it does interfere with kink aswell as other romantic activities.
I can have days where my thrusting isn't a strong or is very tiring or days when I'm in way too much ***.
Now obviously it sucks that people will judge you for it yet on the positive side it acts as a time saver. As any person who judges me over a medical condition is not someone I want to waste my time and affection on. I want a partner who truly values and cares about me as I do her. I don't want someone who fakes it yet there are some good liars out there.
However once I reveal my condition that tends to show people's true colours.
From my experience I would say everyone has their baggage in some form or another. Don't let you disability define you as it is only one part of you. I'm glad you are more open with it now though as it's nothing to be ashamed of.
My last partner actually learnt some massage techniques to help me which was sweet of her. For me it's just a case of trying a bit of extra planning ahead and making sure to find a partner who understands that it may interfere. Just as I understand that she may have a bad day with something else and be supportive of her.
Best wishes and make sure to look after yourself in the current crisis :)

I’m new to this. I’m messing around with an older guy. I have fibromyalgia as well. It’s certainly interesting that I can’t stand the *** when those areas are touched but in bed I’m fine
