Getting creative with a ball gag?

So my favorite thing to make my gf wear is a ball gag. I was wondering if there are things you can do with them besides just leave them in. Thanks

cover them in something she hates the taste of first is one option.  I've had a dom urinate on one first that can be fun.  Curry powder or tabasco sauce can also be deliciously sadistic but don't leave it in too long

Never tried this but just popped into my mind, if it's one with holes pop a straw into their favourite drink and sit it in front of them with their hands restrained behind them
