County Fair

Ahhh the LA County Fair. Love it or hate it...it's a tradition for me and I go almost every year.

 

A few years back I went with my on again/of again boyfriend. We always have a lot of fun when we go out and I was really looking forward to our Fair date. The too-hot, late September day transformed into a cool, crisp fall evening and as the lights of the attractions and rides blinked to life, we found ourselves at the beer & wine pavilion (no surprise there). I was at that perfect drunk/tipsy level where I could function and be energetic and fun...yet emboldened and at that "everything sounds like a good idea" state (note--I was not the driver that night, hahaha). We were having a grand time and decided to go into the special "Luminasia" exhibit, a large fenced-off area, like a big park, with huge, gorgeous light and sculpture displays. It was truly a lovely sight to behold, made even better by the fact I was on my boyfriends' arm.

 

My thoughts must've started wandering because nearing the end of the attraction, I spied with my little (bleary) eye a large square or seating area that was unused, dark, "off the beaten path" with some concrete benches and covered with lots of large trees. I grabbed his hand and led him under the cover of the trees and darkness. I sat him down on one of the low benches and started kissing him, straddling him, rubbing and grinding my body against his...altogether teasing him without mercy. With the dizzying, lit-up view and the plexiglass enclosed carriages it really can make for a bit of a romantic setting (well...as romantic as County Fairs get).

 

We had a few ride tickets so decided to go for it. Classic couples' ride after all and this was turning out to be a splendidly romantic and erotic night. Was the ride always this long? Or maybe the carnies DID see and gave us a few exxxtra rotations....either way it was a super fun and hot experience and boy I tell you, when we got home, man! And I don't mind saying that, to this day I turn a deep shade of red blush whenever I pass Le Grande Wheel, every fall at the LA County Fair.
