Ball Weights - Need some advice

What's the best and most easy way to place ball weights between cock and ballsack

with, what is called, a parachute

or you can the ball stretcher rings, in various weights i.e heights that lock above the ballsack.  Basically a stainless steel ring that clips together above the sack and locked with an aln key.

I started with just a cats collar, I know, I know, with an attached d ring. Easy to attach weights.
