Intelligence, humor, confidence.  All powerful turn ons.  The physical has never been the thing that turned me on...sorry dic pics.  It can certainly be a bonus but if you don't have the three things I mentioned...

I have never been attracted to strangers, obviously I can see if someone is good looking or not but they are strangers. I only become attracted when a friendship develops. Shared interests, sharing problems or secrets, similar sense of humour, inside jokes where you look for each other to see a response, and then the subtle smiles and eye contact you have for each other in a crowded place...and if for some reason they aren't there one day you have the empty feeling and realisation that they are so much more than your workmate. (this usually for me occurs many weeks after your workmates had already been gossiping that you fu*ing ! How do they know!)

That is why so many people fall for each other in the workplace.
