New Gear Suggestions?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a new Mitts, hood and collar?
My collar great quality, thick leather and comfortable but it doesn't have a ring in the front for attaching things which is annoying.
As for the hood, it's also great quality, leather and covers the entire head, though quite confining, narrows the vision a bit and presses slightly against my right side.
The mitts are just annoying, there made of neoprene and are difficult to strap around my small wrists.
It's all minor things but I figured I'd ask the community if they have any idea's for alternative gear if I ever decide to upgrade.
