I am again finding this clue very hard.  I cant find anything for number 4.  Can anyone help?

Yes you're looking for cuffs they are hidden in different places across the site every day till the 24th December. Yes most definitely.  You just need to remember where you collected them from, as when you give one away to a member who does not have one, the site gives away a random day.  Keeping a list comes in handy.  Once you have given one away, work out which one has been given away and go back and re-collect.
