Deleted Member Posted June 30, 2021 Posted June 30, 2021 Try hard to unterstand how your actions affect your partner. Even better, experience them yourself before doing it. Then you should know, what you’re doing
Se**** Posted July 1, 2021 Posted July 1, 2021 MY rule of thumb is ... New doctor , old medicine ... Try to hook up with a more experienced sub/bottom ... Try to get involved in your local scene ... Ask for help and read a lot . And TAKE IT EASY ... Be honest with yourself and with whom you are with ... I know subs that are SPECIALIZED and LOVE to show new Doms the ropes (literally? Lol).
Ha**** Posted August 9, 2021 Posted August 9, 2021 So, I am a sub and I will let you know that clarification and having the same understanding with your sub is extremely important. Lay out clear guidelines that she or he is comfortable with and have them do the same. Compare you’re guidelines and make sure that you both become familiar with each other’s “hard no”s. Being clear in your communication with each other is the first step in a healthy sub/dom relationship.
