I get my a lot of my clothes and toys from ali express and eBay. eBay is really great for cheap latex clothing. I also have bought off Bondara a few times for toys which I've found to be of good quality

For improvising I suggest to a lot of newbies, especially the younger ones, until they know whether they like something or not that improvising with everyday items is the way to go.  It saves a lot of *** in the end.

Things I recommend are pegs that can be lined with cotton buds for sensitive nipples, and for those that like it a bit tougher, I suggest the file clips with the little handles for opening and closing (but don't leave on too long because of possible nipple damage) , for those that might enjoy enemas, I suggest the plastic squeeze sauce bottles with the tapered nozzle (cleaned properly of course before and after use with soapy water and antiseptic), for suction on nipples, clear plastic hose that can be sucked by your own mouth (so that hose size will depend on nipple size), candles I suggest initially are those used on birthday cakes (which can normally be found in most homes), for vibes most have dads who do handyman or reno jobs around the house, so there is a chance of hand-held battery operated sanders (if using these, make sure there is no abrasive paper on them and that they are so clean they almost look brand new, NO dust and use over the top of clothes on the lowest power setting),  for impact play, I suggest what we in Australia call thongs but most other places around the world call flip-flops.  Table tennis paddles are also a good thing.  These cause the sting but don't leave the deep colourful bruise.  For gags, I suggest a pair of their own panties/knickers.

There are many more things in the household that can be used if someone wants to experiment without drawing/attracting attention from others in the house hold and which don't look out of place.

For you Subsluta I have found that those cheese grating tools also have a great impact value plus they leave lovely little marks, but sometimes break the skin.

For those wanting to remain below the radar, restraints that can be used are cat and dog collars (depending upon the frame of the person), clipped into make-ship spreader bars made from eye screws and broom handles cut to the meter length.  Zip ties are also good, BUT DON'T use them as they are designed or you will never get out of them without scissors or knife.  Use them in reverse where they don't engage the ratchet and will slowly pull out.  Great for big breasted girls or for males who want to do some improvised CBT.

Blimey, after reading the posts above I feel positively ashamed to admit to buying many of our toys from LoveHoney!! 😁 

 

However, I have certainly been subject to a few homemade or common kitchenware items such as a large garlic crusher, wooden spoons and spatulas, a huge and heavy marble pestle and mortar, wooden rolling pins and Tesco finest copper bottom pans filled with water.... (long story, don't ask)

Like... especially if you're new (or even if you're not...) LH is very good for a lot of basic and off-the-shelf solutions.  

Some people who have maybe working in crafting or a little crafty might have moments where it's, I dunno, "£20 for a spreaderbar? I can make one in about 30 minutes for £4" - and they do.  But some people can't.  And that's OK.  

Equally... I dunno, sometimes it takes a little while before you realise the kink potential in every day things.

I often joke about Aldi's "kink aisle" - and I have picked up a few kink items from it (well, actually, the headphones are meant for workmen, the extension cords were meant for camping/tenting, the tennis racket fly swatter was meant for swatting flies... so on...)

Dear LovingSub, the beautiful thing about being able to improvise or use everyday items is when you go away somewhere for a few days, you don't have to take your toy bag, or you are relatively new, you don't have to specialty items, so others eyes never get a chance to see your kinky self.

Hair brush for impact, chopsticks and elastic bands for clamps, green garden sticks, syringe cut the end off and make sure it’s smooth then put on an area and pull the strings up it sucks on the skin nicely if you want to hold it in place either put a peg on it to stop it letting go. So many other things too

Funny you should mention the syringe. My ex-wife used to use the free plastic syringes we got with the kids medicine (think it was Calpol?), made the hole larger and used them to suck up melted wax to inject between my foreskin and glans, effectively filling my foreskin with hot wax. 

She also used them for same purpose as you did too! 🙂

Yes true.

BUT as it happens I am a mechanical engineer so making a spreader bar is relative simplicity compared to some of the things I have done - even reboring my classic cars engine cylinders in the rain outside on our drive.... however some items I just think what the hell, I've got better things to do with my life than spend a day making something that I can for £20.  I smoke and a packet of fags is £12 so I may have a distorted view of relative costs/expense 😉

For me, in relative costs to life/time balance, spending £20 is nothing if it saves me spending time doing it myself. 

Only caveat there is that many items I've bought from LH have been rather poor quality and I regretted not just doing it myself LOL
