qu**** Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 Normally when I go to bed and stretch out my feet are on the bed, head is by headboard, in the morning through muscle relaxation my feet hang over the edge a bit, head still by headboard, recently I've noticed on occasions when I go to bed, head in the same place but when I stretch out my feet overhang the bed, any thoughts? Said it was an odd question.
wo**** Posted August 7, 2021 Posted August 7, 2021 At 5’10” you shouldn’t be overhanging the bed at all if you are actually “near the headboard” but I assume that can mean up to a half a foot away? During the day, depending on how much you are up and moving and the activities you partake in - your spine compresses slightly, your muscles tighten, etc… When you sleep, your body relaxes and the compression is relieved. Hence the seemingly strange overnight growth.
qu**** Posted August 7, 2021 Author Posted August 7, 2021 Yes I'm well aware of that, but as a say it's when I first get into bed I've noticed on occasssion my feet are over hanging the end, which they never used to,and I have experimented with positioning to see if it's "just me", but it is definitely occurring, mind you mums always said I'm weird 😂
