what I kinda like about these threads is that it often flushes up more successes.

Or at least partial successes.

(mind, obviously if you're someone sat on 0 - there is often a flip of questions between are you doing things seemingly right and not quite getting the desired responses, or, is your approach all wrong - which is often a precarious subject)

The people saying no luck also have a pretty garage looking profile for the most part. If you want to meet people fill out your profile.

I'm not the guy that have easiness to find dates tbh
Months ago, I was chatting with a girl from Rio, on the site, she accepted my idea of dating and meeting, but when we're about to set the location and date, she went away for a while from the app and never returned. Few months ago I checked out she's been blocked from the site, so I don't know what happened, and I don't had the opportunity to meet her again. She looked like a very cool and interesting person.
Think this is the most near I was from a date. Still trying it tho.

Sounds to me like maybe a catfish? Did they have pictures of themself and did you two ever go on cam or call or anything? 

If she's blocked as well, then it could have been a fake profile, but it sounds dodgy anyway

Yeah, she had a pic, but I couldn't go on a cam or call,  before I would advancing in the contact, she went away from the app, and right after got blocked, who knows it might have been a fake or she didn't verified in time...

I've had a few clients and a few play sessions as well. Some new friends too. But it's important to remember that one is not owed anything from anyone here, respecting that people can choose to respond however they like or not at all is very important.

I've had a mixture. Some reply, some don't. Some turn into lengthy conversations and even into friendships whilst some fade off after a few messages. I've made some good friends through this site and met a few people too. 

I have noticed of late though some very passive aggressive comments on people's walls / photo's saying "I've messaged you, answer me" - WTF is that about gentlemen?

Ive sent quite a few messages only to those I felt Id really be interested in so as not to waste anyones time. All but a couple that responded were scammers. I live in a small town so not many are within meeting distance anyways.

The "matches" are based on having similar likes and preferences etc - and are fairly arbitrary - either way just because you "match" doesn't mean the other person will have an interest in you or has pressed any kind of "like" button

I've had a couple. Nothing that lasted past a meet or two, hook-up, or some friendly chit-chat before and after though. Made a few friends here n there too.

 

TBF there's not a whole lot of women active in my area to begin with either. I'm in a major city too. This app just isn't as popular in the states.
