Kind of.

In the US there is things like DomCon, FetishCon and so many more

Australia has Sexpo.

In the UK things are a little bit smaller for assorted reasons.  There was Sexhibition but I think that's over regardless of covid

There is also KinkFest in Birmingham 

And London Fetish Week.

Then of course there are various kink/fetish events at individual clubs and other venues, along with things like munches and places like the Birmingham Bizarre Bazaar and London Alternative Market, both of which have after parties too.

So there are numerous options, you just have to find them and find the ones that work for you.
