If there was such a place a kink academy, who would teach, what classes would there be and what grade do you think you'd get? 

Also would dons and subs be in the same class or would it be divided?

to somewhat of a degree - workshops and stuff are common.

But if there was a full kinda proper academy...

there'd be a bunch of mandatory classes for everyone that would cover things like consent, communication, negotiation, aftercare 
there'd be also a lot of optional classes you could sign up to around different types of play

and encouraged classes about different kinds of dynamics - dispelling myths - the differences between a scene and incorporating D/s into day to day activities

Most would be open to all

There'd be some exceptions for example servitude and etiquette training seems more submissive based and keeping rules consistent and fair might be more suitable for Dominants

I know there used to be a roleplay kink school on a different sight but it is not for educational purposes the Don's are the teachers and the subs the students. There are loads of good educational podcasts. One that is very informative is American Sex podcast.
