If you go back through the history, all the clues are there.

I've been having that problem also, find the toy, click on it , it doesn't register, so go back click again on it, then o get the message to say I already have found this one, but it isn't there

Seems there is a delay sometimes, it doesn't register that you've collected the toy immediately, but it always catches up for me.
