Sounds like you need to learn to relax more. Giving oral is such an amazing experience, I think most guys would be too busy focusing on making sure you having the time of your life to be worrying about any negatives. They would have to be really, really major issues to get in the way. They wouldn't want to risk spoiling the moment and I'm sure they would try and find a nice way of letting you know if something was making them feel uncomfortable. It you are looking after yourself as you seem to be then it's unlikely there will be any problems, unless you find a partner who prefers it dirty.
