Shower sex and submerged sex(in hot tubs, pools, lakes, bathtubs, etc) have always been better in theory than in practice for me. Maybe it's different for other people but in my experience water has reduced the effectiveness of natural lubrication many times with multiple partners.

Anything outside in nature though especially naked sunbathing would be a dream but difficult unless you live somewhere remote… or are willing to risk other hikers walking “in” on you.
