Well an example could be anything you really want it to be. If you have a favorite toy you like playing with that could be one. It could be a date or something. The reward depends on what U like the most something you don't get often or something that u just get sometimes but want more of, a sub I played with liked a particular way to orgasm but because we were both workaholics she only got it when it was time for her rewards
