profile pictures

What are your thoughts on adding less mundane pictures to your profile both on here and other places(I'm not talking sexual). I never really spent much time in this area but I think I will be improving it substantially given the fact everyone is so visual. Ex, I could include photos from motorcycle and gun stuff I have been to or done, but is this good or bad? I could also include hiking photos, more photos of my dogs - etc. My issue with these things is that the reality is nobody does all the shit they have in their dating profiles all the time and I kind of was looking for women just into doing boring stuff with me + a side of excitement instead of larping like it's going to be 24/7.  

Also I got kinda skinny fat during my time as a grad student and I'm going to be clearing that up in the next couple months but I don't think I will be taking advantage of beach season for photos yet.

I didn't think we could add any pics of pets else you'd all be getting dog pics all day every day 🤣
Also, the last couple of paragraphs absolutely had me chuckling eg "to do boring stuff" (so basically life) and "skinny fat" (yep me too)

Though on a serious note from the number of pet pics I see on my travels around the site I'm not sure they're not allowed, but may be wrong - know other similar sites I've been on they've not been allowed.

However, they have to be kinda like obviously cutsie and not vaguely sexual (so you can't be, like, naked with your pet)

the thing with adding new pictures, of course, as well as being a slight change in approach it also pushes your new pic into feeds etc.

Pictures are of course often a first impression

As long as it's got you in the pict or some part of like a finger or toe then it's fair game, but no cock picts cause ppl that post those are nothing but.
