Fantasy to reality?

So, firstly I'm not asking what they are or for you to tell, but I was wondering has anyone had a fantasy, something that really turned you on and excited you, and had the opportunity to turn it into reality?

So a couple of questions

  1. Did you choose to do it? If not why not?
  2. Was it as good as the fantasy, or disappointing and ruin it?

Yes. Many times.

And in most cases the reality was better than the fantasy.

yes, the only problem is if you indulge too many times then it will ruin things by making it mundane, so its good to indulge but keep it special i think

I dunno. While some things will never be as good as the first time - I'm yet to get bored of any of my favourites
