Cancel my subscription

Any of you guys had problems canceling subscription? Open several tickets, no reply. If this is happening to other ppl, I'm thinking of contact a lawyer and filing a class action

Hello! We looked into the issue for you and the problem is you bought the membership on the Google Play Store, not through our internal system. You need to cancel it through Google and it will work! Sorry for any confusion.
