Boi68 Posted July 11, 2022 Posted July 11, 2022 I did a film for an American porn company a few years back. It was shot in the UK while the producer was on Vacation here

McGraw Posted July 11, 2022 Posted July 11, 2022 Was offered a role when I was young and naive. Not naive enough to accept however. The director wouldn’t tell me the day before who else would be on set or co-starring and I had to explain what a talent release form was to him. Bullet dodged there.
so**** Posted July 12, 2022 Posted July 12, 2022 You do mean *adult* film, right? Then yes☺️ nothing big or mainstream, just pornhub & onlyfans👍 im only slightly ashamed 😂
Deleted Member Posted August 27, 2022 Posted August 27, 2022 Always wanted to but never got the opportunity. Met and got on with some amateur stars who had done films and offered more mainstream porn roles.
ey**** Posted August 27, 2022 Posted August 27, 2022 in the UK it is really easy for men to do fetish films. 'traditional' bg porn, maybe less so. Some friends did a 'try out' day and had 70 applicants, only 3 worth inviting and I think only one of those actually showed up. but fetish filming there are frequently ladies or production hosting film days - usually the subs are either unpaid, or (especially if unknown/unproven) pay a 'film tribute' - but it's very easy to get a good reputation quickly if you turn up with the right sort of attitude. I have had paid work and also now do my own production - which, while not making serious bank it at least kinda covers the next film days. and like, y'know, while it easier to get into fetish porn - BG isn't a whole mile off. The kinda problem is a lot of men would say they want to get into it, but then run when it comes to the work. Step 1 - you need to get certs. Basically go to a clinic (not a local GP) and get tested for STI with printed evidence. You literally need to tell them you are doing (or intend to do) porn. People you approach to shoot with will want to see this, you should shoot within 28 days of the test date (not test result) and some ask for cert history since things like HIV have 3 month incubation period. A lot of local clinics are slow to get results - my local one typically takes 8 days so that would mean if I was tested today, I couldn't shoot for 8 days until I get the result and the only have a 20 day window to shoot. Because of this a lot of people use Dean St in London which gives you text results often the same day and printed certificates available the next. Step 2 - it is easier if you have a portfolio or already know folk but if you are new you are likely to have neither. Shooting a 'show reel' is not too difficult to do - but of course will cost you. There are a handful of ladies who do packages where you can shoot with them even if you are unknown in order to have a starting portfolio - if you want to be in the industry then finding and researching them is on you a bit - but for example there was lady where her package is typically her 2 hour rate, plus assorted extras to cover camera, so on. Whilst expensive you have now made a tape and have both a reference and the beginnings of a portfolio Step 3 - build your own following cos, while, people buy BG for the woman - the male performers do have a kinda responsibility to promote their work and if you have no kind of following then there's little sense of using you ahead of the guy(s) they normally use Step 4 - assume everyone you know will find out cos they probably will wearing a mask usually looks shit (and doesn't guarantee anonymity anyway) and one person finding out will tell others. -- I guess if you really want to do something and be anonymous then turn up to one of the porn star parties which are normally filmed, there's a few swing clubs host them - mind - they're usually about £80-£120 per ticket.
