No. Morally it's widely recognised to be wrong. Legally it's definitely wrong and there are a number of laws that would apply, leading to potential jail sentences for the former Dominant.

I think this question needs more clarity as it could otherwise be subjective. Do you mean for personal gratification? Shared for other purposes? Only pictures taken/shared personally, or any pictures at all including those the sub shares publicly? And so forth.

That said, most of the time it should probably come down to issues of the sub's consent and intent regardless of the above.

No! Not even for their own pleasure. As far as sharing them without consent, that is illegal.. since the Dom and the sub separated, that should end everything
