Without permission? No. Actually no one, whether Dom, Sub, Vanilla or whatever inside or outside a relationship should ever use photos (as in publicly) without permission of the one on the photo. As to identifiable, it’s sufficient that the person depicted can identify itself as to be regarded identifiable (though different jurisdictions might vary here). Be glad he’s ex and feel free to ask him to take them down immediately from wherever public. Lot’s of trouble for him if you decide to report him.

No, even if you gave them consent to take them, doesn't give them consent to use them or distribute them in any way they choose, even if it's just showing a mate, it's still illegal & no one should really ever keep any photos of an ex, whether sub or just vanilla gf, when they've stopped seeing each other & if this person has uploaded them or shared them in anyway then you should contact the police & report this person.

It depends on which state you're in whether it's legal or not. Or country for that matter lol but I imagine it's ok for the most part. In poor taste, yes, very much so lol but legal? Probably lol depending on where you are.

It's bad etiquette, I totally agree I wouldn't do it, but it's not against the law. Because you allowed him to take the photos and he has them. Possession is 9/10 of the law.

Looks like it’s the UK. In which case no provided it’s any kind of private picture. If it’s a public street scene and you’re not the main subject of the photo it would be ok. Same if you are the main subject in any kind of public setting and indicate by your behaviour (eg posing willingly) it might also be ok, though it gets complicated here. However in any kind of private setting it would be a clear no independently of appearance in the photo. While there’s no right to privacy in public, there is in private.

Seriously?? Hell no. I split with my Dom and took all his pictures down on my fetlife account, and they were there with his permission, when we were together.
As a woman, when looking for a prospective partner, seeing them with another sub is completely off-putting!
