so**** Posted July 27, 2022 Posted July 27, 2022 Really depends on how much *** you lose. My advice it to try not to lose too much lol only the bare minimum required for the scene. But to the question: fluids, plenty of water & electrolytes. Pedialyte sport for adults is best. But it takes time for your body to replenish what's lost, so it can't really be rushed but so much. Just be safe ok.
