Sorry to hear you're having problems

Firstly - please could you check there isn't a response - if you go into help below there should be a "your tickets" - sometimes some have replied to that have been missed.

If not, then we thank you for patience - support deal with a lot of tickets and while obviously every ticket is important it can sometimes take a few days for those which are not vital to be looked at.  You should hopefully hear this week
