First place that comes to mind is Soho

Theres Regulation on bateman street soho, and LAM (London alt market) is a fetish market held every first sunday of the month, checm out thier website to see the sellers.

I think there was a shop in camden but can remember the name or know if its still open post pandemic.

But Soho is the best place to look for fetish shops.
