Try a cautious approach if he wants to meet set for sometime in the future nothing shorter than a month that way you'll have a better idea of what he's like before knowing set it somewhere where there's plenty of lighting and a decent amount of people not somewhere where yall can't sit ie overly crowded and definitely not somewhere where if things go south that no one can see, also get a seat near an exit if your inside or if outside be somewhere that you can get away easily if the vibes are off also if you drive (recommend cause then he'll think you live farther away if it's somewhere close) don't go straight home go to a friend's house or do some other errands just in case
