When he's the one, he'll appreciate my vulnerability, my passion, awkwardness, and childish excitement, and he'll accept them with ease. When he's the one, he'll be the guy that looks at me like I'm a bright, twinkling star plucked from the inky sky and entrusted to his hands. When he's the one, he'll be as gentle as the evening sun that kisses my face. He'll be kind and loving and tactile. He'll kiss me, caress me, ensure my safety and happiness... ...but he'll know when to turn his gentle kindness into fiery, all-consuming kisses, domination and passionate sex. He'll know my boundaries and my limits; he'll take me to them, and he'll never cross them without my consent. When he's the one, he'll understand my love language, know my favourite flowers; he'll remember my likes and dislikes, and won't need to be told how to treat me. When he's the one, he'll know that what I want more than gifts, *** and items you have to buy, is time, effort and passion. Loyalty, honesty and being a priority. When he's the one, he'll accept why it's difficult for me to understand when he treats me the way a man should treat a woman. He'll understand; I'm not ungrateful, I've just become so damaged that I have no idea how to respond. When he's the one, he'll be patient. He'll listen. He won't make false promises. He'll try his best. He'll respect me, cheer for me, support me and want the best for me. Because when he's the one, and he can be all that I need him to be, he'll know that I will be all of those things for him and more.
