I wouldn't sweat it lol; either she's intuitive/observant, or you commented on fb somewhere and it just showed up on her timeline and she did as brats do, or some likely equally innocent way... I have a similar feeling - but.... I look at some stuff and think to take a step back while it might in itself be untrue, there are genuinely people who don't know how to deal with odd behaviour from brats, so I comment based on that.

Maybe talk to her about why she's acting out, what she wants from you, maybe it's worth telling her how you feel about what she's doing? Communication, as others have said, is key in any relationship but especially in BDSM. She's doing it for a reason and rather than talking to you about how she feels, she's acting out. You need to get her to understand that she should talk about what she wants and how she feels, not by pulling stunts that confuse and potentially hurt you.

First off, that's hilarious. And secondly, that's probably why she's doing it, she thinks it's funny to irk you a bit. But you're the Dom here; power through the aversion and teach her it's not a way to get the punishment she wants or the attention she seeks. Make the action of doing this result in a negative of what she wants and don't shy away from the cheese.
