You already know this. It's called "the Madonna–wh*re complex". They marry for status as well. Look at me world, we are perfect with the big house, kids, two careers, perfect vacations and European cars. I don't have sympathy either.

Preferably as early in the relationship as you can and are also comfortable with. You definitely don't want to catch feelings for someone who isn't down for you to be your authentic self with though
