Had a great conversion last night with a friend and the topic turned to various fetishy conventions, clubs, gatherings. She mentioned having a SEVERE allergy to LATEX - like she can’t even be in the room with someone wearing latex gloves. Latex clothing - no way. She wants to participate - but doesn’t think she can find a latex free environment. Frankly I haven’t paid attention until now.

What’s your experience in this area? Is this ever brought up? Are there ever latex-free events?

there are no events that prohibit latex - but

you are unlikely to find anyone in latex at a munch

at some events, it's very... regional... you're really going to have to research local events I'm afraid.  Some of the larger events and party style will have more in latex than relaxed dungeon events

I went to a spanking even Mt back in Texas and they had a "No Perfume" policy due to a member having a bad reaction to it. Some people may accommodate if you reach out and explain the situation.
