Deleted Member Posted June 24, 2023 Posted June 24, 2023 So im torn between two quotes"if u want something go get it" or "everything has its own time" which one and why guys? Have a good day!
Deleted Member Posted June 24, 2023 Author Posted June 24, 2023 “Everything has its own time” is bs, going for stuff you want is the way to live by😁
Co**** Posted June 24, 2023 Posted June 24, 2023 Well you can go get it............and if its right for you it ll be the right time......if it isnt it ll pass you by.....🫠
Deleted Member Posted June 24, 2023 Author Posted June 24, 2023 If you want something Everything has it's own time and now is the time to go get it.
no**** Posted June 24, 2023 Posted June 24, 2023 What even is this question? If you're thirsty do you hope that someone brings a drink to you?
Ma**** Posted June 24, 2023 Posted June 24, 2023 I believe those go hand in hand. If you want something the only person that’s gonna go get that for you, is you. However many people become discouraged before the finish line. You gotta push through and accept something’s take time.
Deleted Member Posted June 24, 2023 Author Posted June 24, 2023 When it comes to your development deffinetly go get it. Everything else is meaningless.
ey**** Posted June 24, 2023 Posted June 24, 2023 nuance and context are both very important here I mean if you wanted something within your control like, I dunno, buying a new TV, or computer, or whatever - you might work out what you need, establish a budget, find something relevant to your needs and if you don't have the readies, save up. You wouldn't walk into a shop waving £20 going "give me a TV!" As eager as you may be for anything, you can't just get it, you can't just take it - you have to work out what you need to do
bb**** Posted June 25, 2023 Posted June 25, 2023 I read the question as to action or inaction? My answer is look to a higher order of intention... No matter the action in question, the intention should be above all else be kind, considerate and leave things better than how you found them.
p1**** Posted June 25, 2023 Posted June 25, 2023 Its on a case by case basis though. Like others have mentioned you have to pretty much move to get what you want but sometimes you just have to wait until you can make that move that will get what you were going for at the beginning. Using the water example someone gave, if you are thirsty and there is water, go get it. But if you happen to live somewhere where water is scarce and you have to wait for it to rain or water to be delivered to you or whatever then you have to wait till its time. 😂
Deleted Member Posted June 25, 2023 Author Posted June 25, 2023 go get it, why wait if it has to be yours then why not earlier ? take your chance
Deleted Member Posted June 25, 2023 Author Posted June 25, 2023 The answer I think is both or more so, like take both quotes with a grain of salt and apply when necessary, for example if you are in pursuit of a relationship with a person it’s best to follow your gut but not to overthink it, if you, your environment or the person you’re attempting to approach feels off maybe try leaning towards “everything has its own time” then approach that person with the soul intent to simply feel them out, if you vibe right. But if everything feels great like you feel good your environment feels good and so does the approach of that person than go for the “if u want something go get it” dive in and let them know your intentions without breaking the initial connection you felt when approaching said person. I hope this helps.
ki**** Posted June 25, 2023 Posted June 25, 2023 Go get it now, as we may not pass this way again. Guys and girls with d**ks. A guy that enjoys the pleasure of giving and feeling as he sucks as he would like to be sucked and stroked. I am a novice that is still learning what I don’t know. That is the mystery and pleasure on this path
Ba**** Posted June 25, 2023 Posted June 25, 2023 Honestly, I think both options have a time and place. The trick is knowing when each belongs.
ob**** Posted June 25, 2023 Posted June 25, 2023 Going for it and it not going anywhere is so much better than not and it eating at you forever
Deleted Member Posted June 25, 2023 Author Posted June 25, 2023 Neither cos life is chaos, each choice is unique and using inspirational quotes to govern your decisions is always a terrible way to make decisions. Might as well flip a coin.
bi**** Posted June 25, 2023 Posted June 25, 2023 "'It had long since come to my attention that people of accomplishment rarely sat back and let things happen to them. They went out and happened to things." - Leonardo da Vinci. So go get.
Deleted Member Posted June 25, 2023 Author Posted June 25, 2023 It depends on the kind of person you are. If you dont have any obligations to God or kids, then definitely go get it. But if you have circumstances getting in the way of you going to get it, then by all means take care of that first. Because trying to push through by yourself is only going to burn you out. If it isnt the right time for something, then it just isnt the right time. I have gone and gotten everything for myself only to have things out of my control destroy everything I worked so hard to build. So you have to pay attention to the signs and seasons and do what is right in the season your decision falls in.

Po**** Posted June 26, 2023 Posted June 26, 2023 It's funny how when it comes to careers, it's always go get it, but when it comes to relationships, it's itll come. If its gonna come anyway, why not go get it. Might as well be active in trying to get what you want. Just don't have major expectations.
