are you definitely clicking the inbox, or the notifications?

it's not impossible that you might have had a message from someone whose since been deleted or had their account closed.

Are you sure its the chat icon or notification. Is it on your phone ? if so click on your profile top right and see if its actually a message or a notification....

Positive it shows the number of messages on the email symbol but then says I have none

Login log out. Also do you get email notification from fetish through your email address? Try to follow the link from that email rather than from the site. If that make sense to you?

I get that on my phone. It shows as a message but it's a notification.
