mr**** Posted August 3, 2023 Posted August 3, 2023 I've never experience throat trample. What do you guys think? Could it be fun or what has your experience been?
Fl**** Posted August 3, 2023 Posted August 3, 2023 I've done it a lot and have developed a high tolerance for it. It's a lot of fun, but you have to know your limitations and build up slowly.
Th**** Posted August 3, 2023 Posted August 3, 2023 I feel like this would definitely be within the realm of edgeplay and be pretty high risk. There are so many things that could go very very wrong. Including severe cervical spine injuries, a crushed hyoid and even death. It's not something I've even personally looked into as it's likely outside of my risk profile.
Tr**** Posted August 3, 2023 Posted August 3, 2023 It's fun, but it's also dangerous. As was said before, start low and build up slowly, so you can learn your limits. Also, when you start experimenting with this, do it with a trampler who has done it before. At least one of you two needs to know what they're doing. You can easily pass out without the trampler realising it, and the consequences can be severe. I've done it many times and I absolutely love it. But it took time to learn how much I can push it.
sw**** Posted August 3, 2023 Posted August 3, 2023 Sounds dangerous, I think od rather just be smothered by a beautiful ass ..
Je**** Posted August 3, 2023 Posted August 3, 2023 I have done this … choose the right partner and start slow if you do this at all. The most extreme I ever did was having her stand full weight on one foot on my throat and having her foot gag me with the other foot while doing it . It went from fun and exciting to terrifying very quickly for me. For a while after that it became an extreme punishment tool only.
Sa**** Posted August 6, 2023 Posted August 6, 2023 "The safe amount of neck play is zero." Throats have lots of little fragile bits and all of the *** going to and from the brain. Know how to, and be ready to perform an emergency tracheotomy, or do anything else, such as waterboarding.
MasterDarcy1979 Posted August 6, 2023 Posted August 6, 2023 It's a new one on me. Trampling? You mean, walking on? Personally, I'm as extreme and as taboo as they come, but for me that sounds very dangerous. The route to your respiratory system is really nothing to mess around with. And it can lead to serious complications like... death. I'm fine with choking (choking out) and neck slapping, etc, but safely has to be the priority.

Yes, being walked on, which isn't super uncommon as a whole. But yeah, the neck is definitely outside my risk profile.

Deleted Member Posted August 7, 2023 Posted August 7, 2023 Yeah it's fun if you are into choking, but your partner needs to watch aplied weight. Only did it a few times which was great, however there was 1 bad experience. On applying to much pressure there was *** and almost passing out with cough. The partner fricked out and we ended up not doing it for a while. I also had an aversion to choking for a few weeks after that. My sugestion is to start slow, with hands then arms and move to feet with the other foot on the ground as well as a hand support like rail or wall. It's not so much the trample that is the problem as the lack of balance, which then leads to poor pressure control. Another advice would be to do it with the partner sitting down on a chair, or both in bed, which is more foot play then trample. Now do know that from wow to permanent damage there is only a little pressure excess, so realtime communication is very important in this kink
FloorJimmy Posted May 12 Posted May 12 (edited) Its a lot of fun, but you need to be smart and build up. One thing to remember is always have your Domme/Mistress/Female friend stand on the front of your throat. That just cuts off the air(basically just hold your breath). But Ive seen some stand on the side of the neck, thats not a good idea because when they do that they cut off the *** in your artery going to your brain. When done this way it only takes a few seconds to black out. Think of it like when UFC fighters put someone in a *** hold, they press on the sides of their necks to cut off the *** in their artery which is what makes them black out. If you black out and they continue standing thats how one can die. But as long as they stand on the front of your throat/neck then no problem stand full weight, and if you can take it like some(me lol) they can stand there for 30sec, 1min or more. On the front its basically just holding your breathe, so have fun! Just remember when I say front, basically if they're going to stand on your throat make sure youre looking straight up. If you have your head turn all the way on its side(either side) then they'll be standing on the sides of your neck where your artery is. As long as your heads it straight ahead all theyll be doing to cutting off your breathing(so just holding your breathe) I personlly was a professional hard trampling slave for videos. I worked with over 20 pro Dommes/Mistresses in Chicago, and was used by two dungeons. I always have been able to take more trampling than 95% of guys into trampling. Never had a single *** that needed medical attention. Some bruises, or cuts from the stilettos sure, but nothing crazy or concerning. Ive also had probably over 100 ladies stand full weight on my throat when filming all these trampling videos and Ive never had an ***, never passed out, nothing. Once I was going in and out of passing out but thats becasue early on(when first starting off) I had my head turned to the side and she stepped on my neck which cut off the artery. Ever since then its always head straight forward and on my throat and never a single issue. Again I understand 95% cant take ***, cant take the extreme trampling they see online(although they all think/wish they could). The key starting off is communication! Then after a few times your Domme/Mistress/Female Trampler will have learned what you can and cant take, what she can and cant do, where and how she can and cant step. Starting off when doing throat standing/trampling since you cant speak when you have someone standing on your throat you can keep your hand raised. That way as long as its in the air she knows she doesnt have to worry. Or every time your feel like you cant hold your breathe longer just tap her foot to get off. Sorry for the novel, but I like anyone into any kink im very experienced in to have all the information needed! Edited May 12 by FloorJimmy
