Why do some doms expect tribute *** upfront?

A lot of the doms that I’ve been speaking to expect a tribute upfront. Is that a common fetish or just a scam? I prefer both enjoy it for the sake of it, not because one party wants to “make ***”

Professional Dominants tend to require a deposit up front to confirm a session with them.

Whereas there are many other forms of valid reasons someone wants a tribute in exchange for chat or online play - this is not permitted on this site.  If you are engaging with someone who requests *** please end the conversation and hit report.
