Are these dommes even real?

I keep getting messaged by women that claim they are interested in me, but it's clear they arent even reading my profile. It says right there I'm not paying to play, but 98% of the time that's exactly where the conversation goes. It's just the same thing on repeat. I'm starting to think this site is just a bunch of scammers, and nearly no one is legitimate.
