Something about this website that is really ***ing me off..

I click on members profiles and what I get is this member is in MY ignore list ..not theirs but mine... I do NOT have any members listed  or filters  activated that block access to members profiles..I have had no support in trying to resolve this issue...

I have had this problem for over a year.!
