Yeah I’d recommend doing that through an actual surgeon, the results are MUCH better. I find a lot of fetishists will sort of fixate on castration as a purely sexual act, sort of a one and done, and not a fundamental modification to your body you have to live with AND in the case of penectomy *** with. But… misinformation abounds. Yes you can still orgasm. Yes you can still have a libido. At one point in history, this was performed with a sharp bronze knife at home by one’s father or other relative. We are no longer at that point in history, there is a sophisticated and modern surgery available to remove whatever combination of body parts you’d no longer like to have.

I’ve thought about getting an Orchiectomy for a long time. I’ve been a submissive cuckold for a long time and have not used my penis in years. I am gradually gaining a desire to be feminized and start HRT and give up my balls. I don’t think I ever want to fully transition as I’m more interested in being a sissy than a woman.
