Can anyone recommend a piece of art or a forum for this or similar topic.

It seems to be some art is sexier than porn. But still has a kink flavour.

I'm thinking chiefly visual art. But ballet or other forms would do .

Erotic and kink/bdsm photography is totally a thing

***t yourself and ***t your partner, then have lustrous sweaty sex in the canvas for 3 hours. The ***ting won’t look like anything, but everytime you look at it, it reminds you of someone and also how much grin it was.

Wide scope there. Do you mean classic or modern? Human or AI? Drawn, ***ted,
Sculpted or photographed?

I follow a lot of erotic artists on Instagram who are current. And the classics are harder to find digitally

Alphachanneling on insta. Erotic with a touch of kink

If you're on Twitter I can recommend following Apolonnia Saintclair who does some fantastic stuff or Honest Erotica who also have a website with a huge library of erotic art to view

Historically I think either Modiglianis reclining nudes on white pillow or John singer Sargents “portrait of Madame x” but they’re more scandalously sexy for the time

Interesting: Saintclair etchings are pretty steamy and have a lot of soul and atmosphere.

Thanks

Oh and not fetish art as such but check out Jack Vettriano - a lot of his pieces hint at both eroticism and fetish

Look up on Etsy: Alina louka art. I have two of her pieces in my profile pics above my bed. Also look at Hello Bettie art on Instagram.

But everybody's choices are precisely up my street, but the diversity of humanity never ceases to fascinate me .  Not always in a good way!

But in art people doing their own thing is easy to identify with and as far as I am able, celebrate .

Great topic! 😁 I've been working as a professional figurative oil ***ter and visual artist for nearly 20 years. I can help provide a few suggestions of fetish inspired/kink-centric works within the visual arts.

You're question is quite broad, so you have a plethora of options for which visual art medium you would like to explore.
--
The first medium and most obvious start is Photography. * the medium where kink/fetish is most prevalent. Its such a massive realm so I wont name specific photographers or photog-groups but heres a starter list of kink photo styles/genres to look up:

-boudoir
-pinup
-beefcake/cheesecake
-artistic nude
-implied nude
-eros/erotic glamour
-erotic ( french influence )

And each catagory has its own subgenres.
Couple notable photogs would be: Helmut Newton, Horst, Mapplethorpe, Frank de Mulde, Laurent Benaim.
-
The second important medium to look at is sculpture. Erotic and sexual themes and cunnic/phallic symbolism has been synonymous with Sculpture and at the heart of subject matter dating all the way back to the lower paleolithic era.
The first sculpture created dates back to apx 500,000 BC, depicting a female figure.
Theres is so much kink/eroticism to find in sculpture. some notable works would be: "Pan copulating with goat", Sherry Boyls work, Rodin "the kiss", during the Greek classical antiquity and Hellenistic period themes like orgies, beastiality, and adventerous positions were common place in many cultures. Egyptian, Indian, Assyrian, Sumerian, pre-dynastic china. For 20th century era look up Juju Island, Dominique Regnier, Yaxi and Colin Christian

*the next two mediums is ***ting and illustration. For each medium there were multiple eras where fetish/erotic themes came in and out of fashion. Its too much history to write out so, im just throwing all examples together.
-
***ting and drawing:
Mostly when we mention eroticism in ***ting we picture the typical High Renaissance idealism works. Artists like Raphael, Durer, Botticelli. Modern and contemporary 19th-20th century ***ters who explored fetish and eroticism would be Klimt, Balthus, Schiel, Hokusai, Fuseli, Claes Oldenburg, Joen Sammel, ..."The Sin" by Heinrich Lossow is a great piece and absolutely hillarious. Max Klinger, Edelheit... myself! ( haha cheeky plug!)
-
Illustration:
The two primary eras with illustration was the French Nouveau ( art erotique ) period and the American Golden Age of Illustration ( late 40's - 60') period.
The Nouveau works were a reflection of the decadents movement and created some of the most explicit artwork ever made. Artists like, Franz Bayros, Aubrey Beardsley, Emilio Vila, Antoine Marrolles,
The American Golden Age reflected the sexual revolution and the mass media boom. Magazines at the time played an important role for culture and subculture to share ideas. Kink and bdsm magazines started in the early 50s. Illustrators and cartoonists like John Willie ( creator of bizarre magazine ), Eric Stanton, Hans Bellmer, Charles Guyette flocked to these magazines. Creating work showcasing the whole array of BDSM scenes culture and lifestyle.

Anyway, thats a bit of a rundown. Hopefully its info that can be of some use to someone.

Cheers
